About 'The Oxford Exchange'
In 2021, The Oxford Exchange (OEX) was founded as a non profit education provider and think tank specialising in foreign and home policy analysis, political campaigning, and international relations writ large. Our clients included military institutions, colleges, military academies, and individual students who sought an "Oxford experience."
In 2023, we pivoted to focus exclusively on our residential courses at Oxford, offering short courses and seminars in various subjects at an Oxford college to enhance lifelong learning.

2023 – 2026 Course Sites
Brasenose College
Our courses take place at Brasenose College, in the heart of Oxford. Students live in Frewin Annexe, steps from the Oxford Union.
University College
One of Oxford's oldest colleges, Univ offers student accommodations on the main site with its historic bar open four days a week.
Oriel College
In 2026, students will enjoy Oriel College as it celebrates its 700th year, with accommodations on or near the main site.
